Sites & Stays is a business of WTH Outdoors LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, 608 Elks St. NW, Warroad, MN 56763. "We" and "us" in these terms mean WTH Outdoors LLC.

Using this site

You may use this website and the live demo to learn about Sites & Stays. Please don't try to break into, overload or copy the site, the demo or the software behind them.

The live demo

The demo is a made-up resort with sample data, for trying out the software. It may change, reset or be unavailable at any time. Don't enter real personal or card information.

Information on this site

We work to keep descriptions of features accurate, but the site is for general information. Features marked "coming soon" aren't available yet. Prices are quoted individually; nothing on this site is an offer until we both sign a customer agreement.

Subscriptions

A property's use of Sites & Stays is governed by the customer agreement it signs with us, not by these terms.

No warranties

This website and the demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any damages from using this website or the demo.

Names and content

The Sites & Stays name, logo, text, screenshots and videos on this site belong to us. Please ask before using them.
