Effective November 2, 2026. Short version: we use what you send us to answer you, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Sites & Stays is a business of WTH Outdoors LLC, 608 Elks St. NW, Warroad, MN 56763. It makes booking software for lodges, resorts, campgrounds and RV parks in the United States. Questions about this policy: dockboysnwa@gmail.com or 218-434-0735.
This website
This site has no sign-up forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics. It doesn't set cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to run and protect the site. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
When you contact us
If you email, call or text us, we keep what you send: your name, email, phone number, your property's details and our conversation. We use it to answer you, give you a demo or a quote, and follow up about Sites & Stays. If you'd rather we stop contacting you, tell us and we will.
The live demo
The live demo is a made-up resort with sample data. Don't enter real personal or card information there. The demo resets itself, and nothing in it sends a real text, email or charge.
Properties that use Sites & Stays
When a property uses Sites & Stays, the information about its guests and reservations belongs to that property. We store and process it only to provide the software to that property, under our agreement with them. Guests with questions about their information should contact the property they booked with; we help the property answer.
Card numbers are entered on the payment processor's own secure form (such as Stripe or Authorize.net) and never reach Sites & Stays.
Who we share information with
We never sell personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business and the software, such as cloud hosting, email and texting providers, and only as needed for that service; or when the law requires it.
How we protect it
Connections to our sites are encrypted. Access is limited to the people who need it to provide the service. No system is perfectly secure, but if a problem affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at dockboysnwa@gmail.com or 218-434-0735. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
